Round Rock High School Swim Team 2009 - UT Football Concession Information

In 2008, we made over $8,000 from this fundraiser by working seven games. We hope to make at least $7,000 this year working the six scheduled games.

DKR Memorial Stadium -- Concession Booth W-8The RRHS Swim Booster Club is the manager for Booth W-8 at all UT home football games. This is the primary fundraiser for the Dragon swim team each year. Our team earns a percentage of the profits from the booth. This money helps pay travel costs for the team and other expenses such as the year-end banquet and scholarships.

Participating in this fundraiser is expected. Each swimmer family is responsible to sign up for 4 - 6 slots. Both swimmers and parents are encouraged to participate and family members that are at least 14 years old can work. You may choose to fill all of your slots at one game or spread them throughout different games.

If you sign up for a slot and are unable to work that day, you are responsible to find a replacement if the game is within 7 days.

Attire
Clean, plain white t-shirt(mandatory) and dark shorts or pants. Closed toe shoes such as tennis shoes. No sandals, flip-flops, etc.
